The hotel has very nice rock bar by a rocky beach with clear waters. I watched amazing sunsets there. The food service runs all day from buffet to à la carte options to snacks. Pizza was delicious. Rooms are kept clean and maids were always friendly. They greeted me every day and made sure I had anything I needed.
The check-in process was not as smooth as I hoped. After a day of traveling I had to fill in some forms before being checked in. The drinks with the red band were awful. Nothing I ordered tasted even close to what it should have.

The water park was quite decent with a few slides for both children and adults.
I was frustrated with the room I got (I had requested a specific view). It was significantly different from what I booked. the noise levels were unbearable at night, I could clearly hear conversations and other disturbances from neighboring rooms, ruining any chance of restful sleep.

the food options throughout the day was varied. pizza from the italian restaurant was delicious and was always available. i liked how the rooms was kept clean and the maids would greet us every day. this was really appreciative.
the check in process was not as smooth as i wished. it took a while since i had to fill in forms after a long day of travelling. the noise throughout the hotel was constant and i couldn't really escape from it. music around the pool was loud, i couldn't hear anyone speak.

the breakfast buffet offered many options the staff also gave excellent help i got fresh towels daily. the pools provided ample space to swim and relax the lifeguard kept the area very safe.
the air conditioning in the dining rooms was insufficient it felt hot at times.
